Inspiring every child to dream big
The dreams of every child in every school come to life, thanks to the passion and imagination of our School Educators.
Our School Educators inspire every child to explore, learn, and enjoy every moment of their time with us. It’s about having a “make it happen” attitude and a passion for unlocking the potential of every child.
At N, we challenge the way things are done in our industry. We give Educators the support, respect, and tools they need to succeed. From well-equipped classrooms and specialist rooms, to a variety of resources for our N Curriculum, you’ll have space to bring your ideas to life and explore your own strengths along the way.
Whatever your long-term goals are, we’ll support you through our own N Academy, to make sure you’re the very best version of yourself.

We have Educators of all different levels, all focused on supporting children. As an Assistant Educator, Educator, or Lead Educator, your creativity, energy, and focus on safety give every child the confidence to explore the world and learn in their own way.
We want individuals who can inspire children and their families, and can help make learning fun and meaningful. If you’re positive, energetic, and enjoy solving problems while bringing adaptability, you could be a great fit in our team.
At N, all pay is above the industry average, and is based on your role and level. You’ll work closely with your Manager to plan your growth and development, which can lead to higher pay as your skills and responsibilities increase.
Lead Educators set the tone for our team and lead by example. In this role, you’ll help your classroom’s team develop their potential, keep things running smoothly, and make sure each day is a positive and safe experience for every child.
You’ll hold a state-recognized early childhood education credential or equivalent and have experience as a Lead Educator in an early childhood education setting.
We’re looking for individuals who are as excited about developing their own career as they are about supporting their team and the children in their care.
