Accessibility Statement

N Family School is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on nfamilyschool.com.

How we test

Our accessibility evaluation covers:

• Automated testing on every release. axe-core accessibility scans run in our continuous integration pipeline on every code change and are designed to identify non-conformities prior to release so that we can assess their potential impact and take appropriate action, including blocking or delaying release.
• Manual testing against the assistive technologies most commonly used by visitors to a site of this kind. We welcome suggested additions to this list:
  • VoiceOver screen reader with Safari on macOS
  • Keyboard-only navigation in Safari on macOS
  • Visual structural review (text resizing, contrast, motion, browser zoom)

We completed our first full manual audit in May 2026 and have published the results in our Accessibility Conformance Report.

We document the results of these evaluations in an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), prepared using the VPAT® 2.5 INT template. Our testing covers WCAG 2.1 A & AA. It is available on request.

Known issues

As of 30 May 2026, our manual audit identified the following items, which we are remediating:

• Captions and text alternatives for embedded videos. A small number of brand films embedded from third-party platforms (on our About Us and Careers pages) currently rely on the platform's own captions and do not yet have a published text alternative. We are adding verified captions and a text transcript for each. We expect to complete this by 30 June 2026.
• Contrast of form-field borders and keyboard focus indicators. Some form-field borders and the keyboard focus indicator fall just below the recommended minimum contrast level. We are adjusting the affected interface colors. We expect to complete this by 30 June 2026.

Prior to launch, we identified and remediated color-contrast issues on careers-section pages.

If feedback from visitors surfaces additional issues, we will list them here with a description, the area affected, and our remediation timeline.

Third-party content

Some interactive content on our site is provided by third-party vendors:

• Calendly — appointment scheduling for school tours and introductory calls
• Mux — video playback
• Pinpoint — careers listings and job applications
• Google Maps — embedded maps on location pages

We review these vendors' accessibility characteristics periodically and raise issues with them where we are aware of their content presenting accessibility issues on our site. Where appropriate, we will remove or suspend use of their content.
