Since 2017, we’ve been rethinking early childhood education to create a home-from-home where children, Educators and families truly belong.
As a re-certified B Corp, we hold ourselves to the highest social and environmental standards. Our approach focuses on three key pillars - Planet, People and Positive Futures - guiding everything we do to ensure a better world for our children.
Caring for the planet is a vital part of preparing children for the future. Across our schools, sustainability is woven into everyday learning through Forest School experiences and the Eco-Schools programme, helping children discover how small actions can make a big difference.

Our team is the heart of everything we do. In 2026, N was again recognised as a UK Great Place to Work, with 80% of our team naming us a top employer (compared to a national average of 54%).
Community is central to life at N. Since 2017, we’ve raised over £200,000 for War Child UK, helping children in conflict-affected areas access education and safe spaces to play. Our teams continue this work through local initiatives and charity events in our schools.
Through our Family Club, we hosted over 19 virtual parenting events to support our families with their child's early childhood learning journey.
Through the N Academy, leadership and Assistant Educator programs, we provide clear pathways for career development. We support our teams to grow their skills, confidence and leadership potential as they work in early childhood education.
