Leading the way and making a difference
Our School Directors and deputies bring our vision to life, and inspire our families and teams of Educators every day.
School Directors and School Education Managers are the heartbeat of life at N. They create the culture, set the tone, and shape the daily experiences of children, families, and teams alike. Their leadership is what turns a school into a true community.
Working side by side with their teams, our Directors balance high expectations with care and understanding. They bring expertise and clarity, stay calm when it matters most, and lead with empathy, integrity, and passion. By modeling the values we stand for, they inspire others and help deliver outstanding education every single day.
If you are ready to grow as a leader and make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and Educators, N offers a place where your impact is seen, valued, and felt.

Our Directors set the standard for excellence. Being an outstanding Director means bringing together your knowledge of children’s education, business insight, customer care, and team development to create the best, most supportive and inspiring environment.
That’s why we’ve designed an industry leading Director’s package, to give you the tools and support you need. If you’re ready to lead in a growing, ambitious organization, N Family School is the place for you.
We want Directors who can think creatively and make informed decisions to help develop the school they lead, inspiring others around them.
As a Director, you’ll be the person ultimately responsible for the school, overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance, the quality of education, and more. Experience in children’s education is a must, along with a drive to grow your career and continue developing professionally.
At N, all pay is above the industry average, and is based on your role and level. You’ll work closely with your Manager to plan your growth and development, which can lead to higher pay as your skills and responsibilities increase.
At N, our vision is to be the highest quality, and most loved, early education group in the world. Everything we do starts with care, safety, and quality, because those are the foundations on which great learning and strong communities are built.
Our leaders play a vital role in bringing this vision to life. By nurturing their teams, strengthening their schools, and making thoughtful, values-driven decisions, they help create environments where everyone can thrive.
Through the N Partnership, Directors are invited to share in the success they help create. Becoming an N Partner means more than owning a stake in the business. It means standing alongside a community of leaders who support one another, act with integrity, and work together to shape the future of our schools.
Each year, our leadership conference brings our School Directors together to share insight, learn from one another, and strengthen the culture across our schools. We also recognise the importance of rest and perspective, offering an annual ski (and spa!) retreat to help our School Managers connect, relax and recharge.
As a School Education Manager, you’ll help maintain the high standards that make our schools special. You’ll work to achieve our key goals while supporting every child, every team member, and your own growth along the way.
We’re looking for individuals with a state-recognized early childhood education qualification and leadership experience in a school, ideally as an Education Manager or School Education Manager. You should be ready to support your team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and support the school in being a positive place for children and team.
