With the support of leading experts, we’ve developed a unique method to guide our work with children and families. We call it The N Approach, and it is based on seven foundations.
Informed by the work of early childhood education expert Dr. David Whitebread, play sits at the heart of our learning approach. Our curriculum is delivered through play-based experiences that encourage children to explore, experiment, and grow with confidence.
The quality of early childhood education is closely linked to ongoing educator development. Through the N Academy, educators receive ongoing personal and professional learning that strengthens both practice and confidence.
Our learning program is designed from the ground up and is designed to respond to children’s development, interests, and needs. Learning is planned daily through a personalized approach that responds to children as they grow and change.
Teaching strategies are guided by our core principles and designed to spark curiosity and imagination. Children are supported in learning through a variety of experiences and materials that reflect different ways of thinking and expressing ideas.
Family sits at the center of everything we do. Through regular events and shared experiences, families are supported as they navigate key milestones, while building relationships and a sense of community.
Our approach brings together current research in child development and behavior, alongside insights from respected early childhood philosophies, including Reggio Emilia and the work of Jerome Bruner.
