Kelly joins us as School Director of our first N Family School in Minnesota. With a degree in early childhood education and over 30 years' experience, Kelly has run her own center and led operations across five schools. Kelly is passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces where children feel valued and reach their full potential. Outside work, you'll find Kelly camping and hiking with her husband, children, and dogs.

Early childhood education has always been Sara’s passion. Throughout her career, she has created warm, nurturing spaces where young children can thrive and discover all they’re capable of. She is excited to welcome Eagan-area families and can’t wait to meet the children and parents who will make our school feel like home. Outside of school, you’ll find Sara enjoying time with her family, especially on game night, and giving back to her community as an active Lions Club volunteer.

The school is designed to inspire your child and feel like a home-from-home for your family. The space is packed with features like the dedicated N Lab for teaching our wonderfully messy N Enrichment™ programs, a Lending Library, and plenty of large, bright classrooms for N Curriculum learning. The school even has its own garden with separate areas for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to enjoy Forest School inspired activities.
We're all about making things easier for your family, and the generous parking lot means you can head off hands-free after drop-off. Even better, our welcoming N Cafe will serve (much needed!) coffee, tea, and snacks, meaning you'll be set up for the day in just the right way!

We welcome children from infancy through pre-K, from 6 weeks to 5 years. Each age group has its own room, designed around that stage of development.

Our curriculum is Reggio-inspired, and it goes further. We combine a bespoke, play-based curriculum rooted in early education theory and neuroscience with specialist enrichments in yoga, dance, cooking, and Spanish. Working in partnership with families, our talented educators balance child-led learning with Educator-guided teaching, steering a clear course for exceptional learning outcomes.
Yes. Nature-based learning is built into The N Approach™ at N Family School in Eagan, MN. Our approach is inspired by the Scandinavian Forest School movement, so every day includes extended outdoor play and planned learning experiences. Children explore natural materials and learn to take safe risks through hands-on activities like building bug hotels and shelters, and identifying trees and creatures. Alongside a research-led curriculum that gets children ready for kindergarten, it's a joyful way for them to discover the world around them.
